2) This 1972 Chevrolet Corvette Roadster (both hard top and convertible) 454 big block engine was dyno tested at 465hp complete frame off restoration was finished in 2002 after a one and a half year by the current owner. The engine block is the correct series #399289, bored and honed w/plate. The engine has a polished crank with a balanced assembly with ported, polished and surfaced heads. Painted in an eye-popping War Bonnet Yellow over black leather interior. The complete rebuild of the drive train I pushed by a Muncie M-22 Rock Crusher transmission powering the rear tires with a Richmond 3.55 gears. The tires are new BF Goodrich Raised White Letter Radial TA tires. This is a true Muscle Car with non-powered windows and no air conditioning. All interior components and gauges were replaced or reconditioned at time of restoration. All vacuum hoses, brake lines, and fuel lines were replaced with new at time of restoration. All headlights, tail lights, and marker lights were also replaced with new at restoration. The car has only 8,000 miles since restoration with the original speedometer showing 88,000 miles. The car has never seen rain and has been stored inside when not on the road. Accompanying the car are three sets of keys, engine rebuild parts invoice, and before, during and after restoration pictures.
